[Carsparkle] Policy Regarding Shipping

 We appreciate you selecting [Carsparkle]!  The following shipping guidelines apply to North America, as we are dedicated to giving you a dependable and effective delivery service:

 I. Scope of Delivery

 All of the United States and Canada are currently covered (remote places like Alaska, Hawaii, and northern Canada require further confirmation; you can call customer care before placing an order).

II. Calculating freight

- Ordering standard: US$3.6

- When an order totals ≥ 50 (US) or ≥ 80 (Canada), shipping is free (standard delivery option must be used); expedited delivery is 50% off,  US$2.8.

- Shipment expedited: $5.6

III. Projected Time of Delivery

- The normal delivery time for the USA mainland is 7–10 working days (counting from the date of shipment; holidays are postponed);

- Canada: normal delivery takes 5–12 business days (customs clearance may take an additional 1–3 days);

- Optional expedited delivery: 3–5 business days for the United States, 6–8 business days for Canada

IV. Transportation tracking

 We will email you the logistics bill number (such as UPS/FedEx) after your order is placed, and you may follow the progress in real time by logging into the official website or the logistics provider's website.

V. Abnormal Handling and Delays

 If there is a delay because of customs clearance, bad weather, or issues with logistics suppliers, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer remedies (such vouchers for compensation);  Within 48 hours of signing, please inform our customer service if the package is missing or damaged, and we will either replace it or issue a refund.
