I. The cost of return shipment

1. Returned because of quality issues: we are responsible for paying the round-trip freight (original packing and logistical vouchers must be kept);

2. Returns with non-quality issues (such size inconsistencies or self-installation upon reversal) require you to pay freight in advance and send the item back following the audit.

[Carsparkle] Exchange & Return Guidelines

The following are the particular guidelines for our 30-day worry-free return and exchange policy (counted from the date of receipt):

1. The situation involving returnable items

 ① issues with quality: bulbs not lighting, strobe, and interface mismatch (clear images or video proof must be provided); 

 ② incorrect or missing: items received do not correspond to the order (e.g., incorrect model number, missing accessories); 

 ③ Unused and entire packing: the products are undamaged, have not been installed, and still have their original packaging, warranty cards, and manuals.

2. Exchangeable and non-returnable

 ① has been used and installed: automotive LED bulbs cannot be returned for non-reasonable reasons (apart from quality issues) once they are placed in a car, regardless of testing, as this could impact secondary sales;

 ② Damage caused by humans: falls, water, and self-modification that leads to failure;

 ③ Over the time frame: over 30 days following delivery (customers with quality issues can contact customer care to request special treatment); 

 ④ Gifts and consumables: If the order includes installation tools, manuals, and other consumables, they must be returned together; the price difference will not be reimbursed for lost gifts.

III. Procedure for Returns and Exchanges

 1. Speak with customer support:  Send an application to "carsparkle@gmail.com," including your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting documentation (pictures or video);

 2. AUDIT CONFIRMATION: Following approval of the request, we will review it within 24 hours and issue the return label (paid courier);

 3. Return the items: follow the instructions and preserve the logistics coupon;

 4. Results of processing:
- Return: three to five business days following the audit's approval of the first reimbursement (original payment method: credit card; may take three to fifteen business days to reach the account);
- Exchanges: reshipment upon approval; 7–10 working days are anticipated for delivery.

Ⅳ. Service Under Warranty

 We cover manufacturing problems (such as circuit failures or lamp beads falling off) under our 12-month limited warranty (from the date of arrival), and non-man-made damage can be replaced at no cost.
